As part of its ongoing achievements, Life From You Foundation, in collaboration with Sacred Heart Sisters School in Abu Qurqas, successfully launched the Self-Esteem Training Program Initiative.
The specialized team from Life From You Academy trained 150 students from the school, focusing on the seven pillars of self-esteem, based on the methodology outlined in Matthew McKay’s book on Self-Esteem.
This marks the second consecutive year of collaboration with Sacred Heart Sisters School, aiming to provide students with a fresh perspective on self-esteem and confidence.
The program was implemented under the supervision of Dr. Peter Beshara, Mental Health Consultant, with the participation of Ms. Hoda Fouad, the school’s legal representative.
