๐ข As part of its ongoing achievements, Life From You Foundation launched the Self-Esteem Training Program in collaboration with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Sistersโ School in Abu Qurqas.
๐ฏ The expert team from Life From You Academy trained 150 students, focusing on the seven pillars of self-esteem, following the methodology outlined in Matthew McKayโs book Self-Esteem.
๐ For the second consecutive year, the partnership with Sacred Heart of Jesus Sistersโ School continues, aiming to provide students with a fresh perspective on self-esteem and self-confidence.
๐จโโ๏ธ The program was supervised by Dr. Peter Beshara, Mental Health Consultant, with the participation of Ms. Hoda Fouad, the schoolโs legal representative.

โSupport for Children with Diabetesโ
๐ Diabetes Kids Initiative โ Because Their Mental Health Matters! ๐
A few months ago, Life From You Social Services Foundation launched the Diabetes Kids Initiative, dedicated to supporting children with diabetes mentally, socially, and recreationally.
๐ In collaboration with Omega Academy for Mental Health, the foundation organized a one-of-a-kind trip to the Childrenโs Museum!
๐ข Led by Dr. Peter Beshara, President of Life From You Foundation, 60 children enjoyed a fun-filled carnival, in partnership with the museum management, receiving a completely free, exceptional experience! ๐

๐ A 1.5-hour tour at the Civilization Museum, where children explored the secrets and history of ancient Egypt.
๐ฎ A fun games session followed by an engaging workshop on managing anger and stubbornness in children.
๐ฉโ๐ซ A special seminar for mothers, conducted by Dr. Peter Beshara, addressing the psychological challenges faced by children with diabetes, along with valuable tips for emotional support.
๐ The day concluded with gift and toy distribution, leaving the children with joyful memories to take home!

๐ The Diabetes Kids Initiative is one of the core programs used in training our academy students, providing them with the opportunity to apply their psychological studies in real-life situations.
๐ก This program focuses on teaching students how to interact with children with diabetes, support them mentally and behaviorally, and guide them toward adopting positive habits while improving behaviors they may be prone to.
๐ฏ Our goal is to enhance studentsโ skills in working with diverse groups, preparing them to become professional specialists in mental health.

๐ In collaboration with Springs of Hope International (Talitha Qumi), Life From You Social Services Foundation organized a special workshop to support children with diabetes and their families.

Under the supervision and presence of Dr. Peter Beshara, Mental Health Consultant, Life From You Social Services Foundation organized an awareness session to support children with diabetes and their families.

๐น Session 1: Conducted by Dr. Marian Rose Ramzy, member of the American Positive Discipline Association, covering strategies for managing aggression in children.
